We are seeking a reliable and skilled Automotive Lube and Oil Technician to join our Livonia, Michigan team.

Job Details

  • Work Hours: Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Position Overview

The Automotive Lube and Oil Technician will perform vehicle lube, oil, and filter services efficiently and professionally. This role requires attention to safety standards, customer satisfaction, and high quality of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform lube, oil, and filter services in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is well-maintained
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills
  • Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and supervisors' instructions
  • Attend company meetings and contribute to performance management processes
  • Support a positive work environment and team morale

Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
  • Frequently lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to walk, sit, talk, and hear as required by job duties
