LaFontaine Imports of Livonia is seeking a reliable Automotive Driver to safely and efficiently transport company vehicles, documents, supplies, and customers. We are a growing company dedicated to family values, environmental responsibility, and strong community involvement.

Job Details

• Location: Livonia, MI

Key Responsibilities

• Operate passenger vans and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Transport customers to and from the dealership as scheduled.
• Move vehicles within and between dealership locations.
• Pick up customer vehicles and return them to the dealership.
• Run errands and deliver company documents and supplies as needed.
• Assist passengers boarding and exiting vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles before use to ensure all lights, signals, and mechanical functions are operational.
• Maintain cleanliness and fuel levels of all vehicles.
• Keep accurate records of trips including passenger numbers, mileage, and destinations.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
• Support additional duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in environments that may be loud.
• Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching.
• Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, battery acid, gasoline, and cleaning chemicals typical of vehicle repair areas.
• Exposure to exhaust fumes and airborne particles.

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
